The Central Oklahoma Transportation and Parking Authority (COTPA) hereby provides notice of a Community Meeting and a Public Hearing in order to receive comments concerning the proposed elimination of the contracted Link service that is operated on Sundays 7 am to 7 pm and from 7 pm to Midnight Monday through Saturday. The proposed elimination does not include Nightshift fixed-route services.
A Community Meeting will be Sunday, June 12 at 2:30 pm and a Public Hearing will occur at 7 pm on Wednesday, June 22, 2016. Both will be held at the Downtown Transit Center. The Transit Center is located at 420 NW 5 St. in downtown Oklahoma City.
COTPA will conduct the Public Hearing to describe the proposed service change and to receive comments. The meetings are scheduled at the hub of the Link service area so that opportunities for public comments are more convenient for patrons.

Once the public comments have been received and reviewed, the service changes will be reconsidered and a final service change will be considered by COTPA. If approved, the change will become effective August 1, 2016.
