The Oklahoma Tobacco Helpline is a FREE service available 24/7. We’re not here to lecture or judge. We simply provide the tools and support you need to quit tobacco your own way. That includes free text and email support, phone and web coaching, patches, gum or lozenges and more for registered participants.

Smoking is one of the rare things in life when it’s ok to be a quitter.

What if I don’t want to quit?

We get it, quitting is hard, but if you choose not to continue to use tobacco on any EMBARK property or service, you could be excluded from using any of our services as stated in the Rider Conduct Policy.

Following our commitment to the health and well-being of our community, there are no designated areas for the use of tobacco or e-cig.

Is vaping or chewing tobacco permitted?

To be our healthiest, no tobacco products, vaping or e-cigarette devices are allowed. Why not develop a quit plan and start your journey to a healthier you? Start now
