Notice of DBE Goal and Community Meeting 

Tuesday, August 11th, 2020 -at 10 A.M. 

RE: Central Oklahoma Transportation and Parking Authority (COTPA) FY 2021-2023 Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Goal 

In accordance with requirements of the U.S. Department of Transportation as set forth in 49 CFR part 26, as amended, Central Oklahoma Transportation and Parking Authority, doing business as EMBARK, hereby notifies the public that it is updating the Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) goal for federal funded projects, professional services, construction and other federal funded projects for Federal Fiscal Year 2021 – 2023, Beginning October 1, 2020 and ending September 30, 2023.  EMBARK’s overall total DBE goal for Federal Fiscal years 2021-2023 is 1.43%. 

EMBARK’s proposed overall goal and rationale are available upon request for 30 days from the date of this notice. Email embarkok@okc.gov, call (405) 297-2104, or send a letter to the address below. Due to the current pandemic, documents will not be available for inspection at EMBARK offices. EMBARK will accept comments for 30 days from the date of this notice. 

EMBARK and the Oklahoma Department of Transportation (ODOT) will host a community meeting on Tuesday, August 11, 2020 at 10 a.m. CST to present EMBARK’s FY 21 DBE goal, to respond to questions, and receive comments pertaining to this goal. The meeting will be held virtually via Microsoft Teams at 405-537-4946 Conference ID: 324 721 992# / https://bit.ly/3iNJrVD.
