American's with Disabilities Act (ADA)

EMBARK operates its programs and services in compliance with the American’s with Disabilities Act and Federal Transit Administration guidelines for the provision of services to individuals with disabilities. 

How to Submit an ADA Complaint
American’s with Disabilities Act complaints may be filed with EMBARK by any person.  Complaints may be filed online using the Service Center, submitting the ADA Complaint form, or by contacting EMBARK using any of the methods below.

Title VI

EMBARK operates its programs and services without regard to race, color, national origin or any other characteristic protected by law including Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.

Every department, division, and employee of EMBARK is responsible for carrying out the agency's commitment to non-discrimination, including the requirements of Title VI.

How to Submit a Title VI Complaint

Any person who believes he or she has been aggrieved by an unlawful discriminatory practice under Title VI may file a complaint with EMBARK. Any such complaint must be in writing and filed with EMBARK within 180 days following the date of the alleged discriminatory occurrence. Complaints may be filed online using the Service Center, submitting the TitleVI Complaint form, or by contacting EMBARK using any of the methods below.

Central Oklahoma Transportation & Parking Authority (COTPA)

  • COTPA operates its programs and services without regard to race, color, and national origin in accordance with the American's with Disabilities Act (ADA) and the Title VI of the Civil Rights Act. If you believe you have been wronged by any unlawful practice as outlined under ADA and Title VI, you may submit a written complaint to COTPA.
