Mobility Management

EMBARK partners with many community organizations to provide a wide range of transportation programs to meet the diverse needs of the community.  Through these programs, qualified customers maintain independence and access community services by arranging their own transportation.

Applicants age 60 years and older are eligible for the majority of EMBARK’s Mobility Management Services and all services require an application process.  Applications based on a disabling condition may require verification of the applicant’s functional disability by a physician or other certified healthcare professional.

Services for Adults Age 60+

Through a partnership with the Areawide Aging Agency, EMBARK offers a full range of transportation options to individuals age 60 and older who live within our service area.  Senior transportation services are free to participants and donations are accepted to provide continued support for the program.  All senior transportation services require arrangements to be made in advance of the date transportation is needed.

EMBARK Senior Transportation Partners

Senior transportation services funded in part by the Older American’s Act, the Oklahoma Department of Human Services, and the Areawide Aging Agency in partnership with EMBARK.

EMBARK PLUS

EMBARK Plus provides lift-equipped public transportation to eligible individuals within the Oklahoma City limits who are not functionally able to ride our fixed-route bus service due to a disabling condition.
